KAVCO Capital offers a low-risk and asset-secured investment opportunity for non-EEA nationals who want to secure long-term residency in Ireland. Applicants to the IIP must be high net worth individuals with a personal wealth of at least €2 million. The IIP requires applicants to invest a minimum of €1 million for a minimum of three years. The funds used for an investment must be from the applicant’s own resources and not financed through a loan or other such facility.

Experts on the Irish Investor Immigration Programme

The IIP is designed to encourage people from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to invest in Ireland. The Irish government introduced the Immigrant Investor Program (IIP) in 2012 to encourage business professionals and investors from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to invest and locate their business interests in Ireland.


The program permits eligible candidates to acquire residency status in Ireland. One key factor for its high success rate is that there’s no cap on the annual applications. Investors are welcome to apply to the Immigrant Investor Programme at any time.


Only investments officially approved by the Evaluation Committee will qualify an investor residency in Ireland. KAVCO has successful track records of developing and supplying social housing units to local government and Approved Housing Bodies (AHB). Investments in the provision of social housing qualify for applications of IIP.
